Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, texture, shape, and finish should be expected and are considered part of the unique character of each piece.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under specific circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewellery & Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom-Made & Personalised Products

Custom-made, personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specification.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging where possible

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A repair where appropriate
  • A refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

Handcrafted Variations

As our products are handcrafted using natural materials including wood, Rudraksha, handmade paper, brass, and other artisan materials, minor variations are not considered defects.

Differences in:

  • Texture
  • Grain patterns
  • Colour tones
  • Shape
  • Natural markings

are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not grounds for return or refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for banks and payment providers to complete processing.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product was confirmed to be defective.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws in India or Nepal.

Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights shall apply.
